RIBA Stage 5
Attend pre-start meeting.
Prepare monthly valuations for interim payments.
Attend monthly site progress meetings.
Advise on cost of any variations prior to instruction.
Agree cost of all variations with contractor and prepare final account.
Prepare periodic cost reports (usually on a monthly basis) including updating cash flow forecasts.
Provide general advice on contractual issues.
Assist with assessing extension of time claims.
Assess contractor’s entitlement to loss and expense.
Advise on issue of payment notices, pay less notices or similar notices of default.
Attend meetings with client as required.
