St. John the Baptist Church, Pinner

The Church of St John The Baptist in Pinner is a C of E Church dating back some 700 years. Restoration was necessary on the roof coverings and external fabric of the church, including replacing the roof tiles (which dated back to c.1880), lead guttering, and re-pointing of the flint and stonework. This phase of the project began in August 2012 and works were completed in March 2013. We were proud to provide full QS services on this project.
