Private Residential, Notting Hill

The works on this project comprised of the high-end fit out of a recently stripped maisonette. This project was located in a desirable part of central London. It was split over two floors with access to a roof terrace, also renovated as part of the works. The furniture and final fittings were handled within a separate contract as was the strip-out, requiring close management of the works to allow for simultaneous works from all contractors.

D. R. Nolans & Co. provided quantity surveying and contract administration services on this project and DRN were involved throughout from feasibility studies through to final account agreement. The project was procured on a single stage, fixed-price tender basis. Works on this project were completed in April 2021.
