D.R. Nolans were employed to provided full quantity surveying services to a client undertaking the complete refurbishment and extension of a Grade 2 listed private residence in Kent. The works commenced in 2015 and finished in 2017. Works included partial demolitions, new extensions, all new internal finishes, internal alterations and repairs to the existing building, new mechanical and electrical installations, external works and landscaping.
