D.R. Nolans were employed to provided full quantity surveying services to a client undertaking the complete refurbishment and extension of a private residence in Kent.

Works included partial demolition, construction of a new extension and new outbuildings, installation of a new kitchen, utility room and WC, new mechanical and electrical installations, a new drainage system and extensive landscaping works, with refurbishment and decoration throughout.
