The works comprised significant demolition, alteration and refurbishment of a London townhouse from December 2016 – May 2018. A completely new internal fit out was required; including a new basement, entirely new floor structure throughout, new roof including dormer windows, new mechanical and electrical services throughout, and external works including extensive landscaping, drainage works and the addition of an outbuilding.
