The project comprised the repair and refurbishment of a 6 storey town house together with the demolition of the mews cottage and link building to the rear, retaining the external façade to mews cottage, excavation to form basement extension with internal pool, reconstruction of lower ground, ground and first floor of mews and link and forming garden terrace at first floor level.

The works comprised the repair of the external fabric, installation on new services throughout, new passenger lift, pool, new finishes throughout to a high level and extensive joinery packages.

We were introduced to the project part way through the construction phase to bring some greater cost control to the project and to provide more scrutiny of the contractor's works packages, applications for payment and variations. We also assisted with the management of the directly appointed contractors such as fireplaces, commercial kitchen, joinery and decorations.

Works were completed on site in October 2017.
