Ightham Mote

Ightham Mote was acquired by The National Trust in 1985 and work began on the repair and conservation of the moated manor house. The project was the largest ever rolling programme of repairs implemented by The Trust. Works were finally completed in 2005. D.R. Nolans & Co. were appointed by The National trust to provide full quantity surveying services on all phases and worked closely with the Architect, the Trust’s team and specialist contractors to ensure a successful outcome. The various projects won numerous awards and was featured heavily in the media.
