Professional Quantity Surveyor – Competitive Package – Maidstone, Kent

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a progressive step in your career? If so, a leading practice of chartered quantity surveyors wants to hear from you.

We are looking for someone who has:

• MRICS desirable but not essential – We are particularly interested in you as a person, your ability to undertake work in a demanding but rewarding environment
• Experience with NRM2 (SMM7) form of measurement; conversant with JCT forms of contract
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven negotiating skills and a strong knowledge of quantity surveying methods and techniques.
• Analytical skills, with an eye for detail and aptitude for maths; Good computer skills including MS suite, RIPAC (training will be provided) also required.
• To contribute to the business and its growth by being a great team player
